I’m doing this challenge for the 3rd year in a row. In 2018, I finished by the end of the year. In 2019, I didn’t quite make it. I’m hoping this year I can read all 50 prompts by the end of December. This year’s book prompts listed at popsugar.com look interesting. I know I’ll end up reading some old favourites as well as find new books to stretch my reading horizons.
I don’t spend money or buy books unless they’re by my favourite authors or something I know I want to read again sometime. If I don’t have a book I want to read already for a prompt, I get a lot of eBooks free through book giveaway site BookBub and my Amazon Prime membership. I happen to like my favourite genre books available on BookBub and free decent eBooks plus shipping perks of Amazon Prime; I’m not affiliated with them or anybody else. Kindle Unlimited or other book subscription services also have a wide range of free eBooks. Libraries have paperbacks and digital copies. I’m going to try borrowing library books more this year. I also take advantage of paperback book swaps in my local communities. Reuse and recycle!
I’m tracking my 2020 POPSUGAR Reading Challenge progress below. I’ve added Goodreads book links for the prompts I’ve finished.Continue reading 2020 POPSUGAR Reading challenge
